Do you allow pets? 

   We allow two (2) inside pets per resident. Dogs are not allowed to be left outdoors unattended. Pets are not allowed on the beach, dock, or park/playground area. A Leash Law is enforced at all times. A monetary pet fine is issued with any pet agreement violation.

Do you have any trees?

Yes, we have plenty of Ponderosa Pine trees, Elm, Maple, and Aspen trees!

Is this a "Senior Community"?

Our residents range from younger families to retired seniors.

What kind of fish are in Badger Lake?

Badger Lake is a "Trout Only" lake, consisting of Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout.

What activities are available at Badger Lake?

Badger lake is often used for fishing, boating, swimming, water skiing, water sports, and lots of other fun activities!

When is fishing season?

Badger Lake fishing season is open from the fourth (4th) Saturday in April through September 30th.

What kind of wildlife will I see at Badger Lake?

White-tailed and mule deer, porcupines, cotton-tailed rabbits, blue/gray herons, skunks, white pelicans, white swans, moose, elk, osprey, bald eagles, raccoons, coyotes and many more varieties of beautiful wildlife are often sighted near the lake. And, of course, you might get a rare glimpse of a badger!
